Welcome to DmFlow. By using our browser extensions and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. User Accounts

To access certain features of our extensions, you may be required to sign in using your Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

DmFlow offers monthly subscription plans for its extensions. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Recurring Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
• Payment Information: All payments are handled by secure third-party processors. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our current refund policy.

3. Automation and Compliance

Our tools (WaDmFlow and IgDmFlow) provide automation features. Users are solely responsible for:

• Complying with the Terms of Service of third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram).
• Ensuring their use of automation does not violate any local laws or platform policies.
• DmFlow is not liable for any account restrictions, bans, or data loss resulting from the use of our automation tools.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to use DmFlow's extensions for your personal or business outreach. This license does not allow for resale, reverse engineering, or redistribution of our software.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DmFlow or its creators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the DmFlow software.
